In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that any content on PKSTAFF infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent, including the following information as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(c)(3)):
Your notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the material.
- Your contact information β including full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. What Happens After You File a Complaint?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user who posted the content that a DMCA complaint was filed.
- That user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted on PKSTAFF was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district (or in Pakistan, if you're outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
PKSTAFF reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright-protected content. This decision may be made at our sole discretion.
6. Important Notes
- False claims under the DMCA can result in legal liability. Please ensure that your claim is accurate and in good faith.
- PKSTAFF does not control all content posted by users and cannot guarantee the immediate removal of all infringing material. We commit to responding promptly and responsibly when properly notified.
